Seals get road playoff matchup with Bandits in rematch of closest contested games of the season - Everything San Diego

The eighth-seed San Diego Seals and top-seeded Buffalo Bandits will meet again in the NLL quarterfinals for the third time this season.

The two teams will play the first of four games next weekend in the league quarterfinals on Friday, April 25 at 4:30 p.m. PT (7:30 p.m. ET) at Keybank Center in Buffalo, N.Y. where the Seals ended the Bandits’ 16-game win streak earlier this season.

Wesley Berg scored the game-winning goal in overtime of a 14-13 win for the Seals. The two teams met the following week where the Bandits returned the favor with a 13-12 win.

Last season, the Seals advanced to the league semifinal where they lost to the Albany FireWolves in two games. The Bandits defeated the FireWolves in the Finals in a two-game sweep to win the championship.
