For potentially the final time ever, the San Diego Sockers play at Pechanga Arena hosting the MASL West Final against the Chihuahua Savage. The Savage took Game 1, 13-7, on Thursday which puts the Sockers’ season in jeopardy. The Sockers will need a win to force a 15-minute knockout game approximately 30 minutes after Game 2 tonight. If they lose, that’ll do it for the Sockers’ storied tenure at the Grand Old Arena as they move to Frontwave Arena in Oceanside next season.
