The Gulls (7-9-1-0) return to home ice Saturday as the Tucson Roadrunners (15-4-0-0) come to San Diego for a night game at Pechanga Arena San Diego.
The two teams will meet for the first time in the 2019-20 AHL season. Last year, Tucson led the season series 6-2, but the Gulls have won 17 of the last 32 games since the start of the 2015-16 season.
Despite losing the past three games, the Gulls are 6-3-1-0 in the past 10 games. They will look for a win Saturday night as they try to get out of last place in the AHL Pacific Division.
The first-place Roadrunners will enter the game winning nine of their last 10 and 7-2 on the road this season. They have gone 9-1 in the month of November and will look to continue that streak in and out of San Diego.
With puck drop at 7 p.m. PT from Pechanga Arena San Diego, the Gulls and Roadrunners get their first hits at each other this season. The game will be streamed live from AHL TV as well as broadcasted on the air at the Gulls Radio Network.
