Head-to-head history: The Strike Force and Rattlers split the season series 1-1 with each team winning their home game. Arizona has the advantage in all-time meetings, 6-2. The two teams met in the Western Conference Final last year which ended in the Rattlers winning 58-23 in Glendale, Ariz.

Strike Force: After the No. 4-seeded Vegas Knight Hawks knocked out the top-seeded Bay Area Panthers on Sunday, the Strike Force would get to host the conference championship if they advance. They have not hosted a playoff game in the franchise’s six seasons in the IFL.

Rattlers: The defending IFL champions earned the honors of hosting the playoff game on the third tiebreaker having a stronger opponents’ strength of schedule after Arizona and San Diego finished the season with the same record and a split season series. They won three of their last four games after losing each of their previous four games.
