SDFC to host Xolos in friendly match on Mexico's Independence Day in 2025

SDFC gets its inaugural 34-match MLS regular season schedule - Everything San Diego

San Diego FC and Club Tijuana will begin their annual friendly match on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at Snapdragon Stadium.

The match, which is scheduled on Mexican Independence Day, will begin at 7 p.m. PT and will include entertainment and festival elements that will be announced closer to the match.

San Diego plays the midweek match between two weekends where they’ll face the Minnesota United at home on Saturday, Sept. 13 and travel cross-country to play Atlanta United on Saturday, Sept. 20.

SDFC season ticket membership will include the friendly match, according to SDFC’s press release. Single-match tickets for the match will go on sale with all other SDFC home matches in early-January.
